Designed for women who crave space to reset, reconnect and rediscover themselves beyond motherhood, each experience is carefully curated - blending movement, nature, contrast therapy and meaningful connection in stunning, design-led settings.
With seamless on-site childcare handled by professionals, HOT Mama Club removes the barriers that often prevent mums from prioritising their wellbeing.
Launching in Hampshire and expanding across the UK, we partner with exceptional venues to deliver elevated, effortless self-care - because all mothers deserves Her Own Time.
What can I expect from The Hot Mama Club?
Event includes:
Guided Nordic walk in nature, from a qualified physio and nordic walking instructor
Outdoor sauna + cold plunge experience
Space to rest, reset, and recharge
On-site childcare from trained and qualified nannies
Brunch/community time mid-session (choose your brunch in the morning, and this can be paid for on the day)
